Bit more progress today.

Removal of Intercooler pipework

Intercooler radiator and checked for pressure wear damage that can lead to loss of boost, I will bond some steel plate over the alloy which should be harder wearing.

Air intake to Filter housing removed to allow easier access to intercooler scoop clips and screws

Clutch actuator removed to allow removal of scoop lower portion.

May take a break tomorrow spend more time with hound and catch up with TV

Quick bit of tool modification
Just finished shortening a 3/8″ 17mm socket for the flywheel bolts, I will see if it fits with torque wrench tomorrow (first attempt I hadn’t shortened enough!) prepping stuff saves me headaches later – I hope – credit to Sackis site for the socket idea.
